                                Every Individual wants to have a Perfect Match, but the Criteria for
                                Choosing the Partner is Different. 
                                Also, In some cultures, Marriage is Recommended or Considered to be 
                                Compulsory before Pursuing any Sexual activity.

                                The mutual love of a married couple should always be open to new life. 
                                This openness is expressed powerfully in the sexual union of husband 
                                and wife. The power to create a child with God is at the heart of what

                                 while in case of Arrange Marriages, Individuals Prefers Partners 
                                 Chosen by their Family or Parents.
            There is a continuous debate regarding the best way to choose the partner for marriage.
                                      Let’s Analyze which one of the two is The Best Option.


       LOVE MARRIAGE :-


                                            

                    - Both individuals know each other already and mutually decide to spend the 
                      whole life with each other.
                    - Couple is responsible for its choice and onus of the blame in future lies on 
                      the couple only and nobody else.
                    - Couple is aware of each other’s likes and dislikes. Therefore they will get 
                      along well.
                    - Couple can eradicate social evil like dowry with their mutual consent because 
                      they have the independence to take such decisions at their own level.
                    - The culture of the extravagant spending too can be curbed by the understanding 
                      between the couple.

            ARRANGE MARRIAGE :-


                                     

                   - Arrange Marriage is not a contract between two individuals alone but a                                                                       confluence of two families.

                - Two families involved in arrange marriages know each other very well and 

are compatible with each other.

             - Because there are more people involved in arrange marriage, the conflict

                       between the couple will be effectively resolved or mitigated.

             - Couple is guided by parents experience whereas in love marriage couple 

                       is unknown about the future complexities in life and lacks this experience.

             MY OPINION :-

                             They Both have their Own Value in their Own Respect.
                             But, Now a Day Love Marriage is Common in Our Society.
                             And Also As Per My Prospective Love Marriage Is Best Option To 
                             Find a Perfect Matching Partner.
                             But, For Successful Marriage Love And Trust Is The Biggest Thing. 
                             Couples make Sure that they have Trust in Each Other. 
                             And, In Love Marriage They know Each Other They Understand Each 
                             Other And They Know Everything About Each Other. 
                            
                             Love Marriage is a Beautiful Feeling Between Boy and Girl 
                             and they Mingle Life Long Forever With A Lot's Of  Love.
                             And. Love Is Not Just a Word It's a Feelings Of Two People It's a 
                             Crazy Moment Of Your Life.

                        WHY DO WE GROW UP ...??? 

          WHY DO WE GROW UP ??? 

                      We may dread it, avoid it, and delay it, but most of us eventually get

                                 around to it. Because it is so very human to resist growing up, I have 

                                 been wondering if there is some reason beyond necessity that we might 

                                 actually be motivated to do so.

                                Growing up is one of the facts of life. We all have to do it.
                                We tend to idealize being babies. We want to be taken care of, to be 
                                protected and adored and unconditionally loved. We tend to view work 
                                as a burden and responsibility as a necessary evil. We must fight the urge
                                within us to stay under the covers. We must work to overcome a basic                                                     predisposition toward avoiding the demands of reality. Like Peter Pan, 
                               we want to live in the Never land of an eternal childhood.

          WHY WOULD WE WANT TO GROW UP ???

                               We want to grow up because it involves achievements that make us

                               feel good about ourselves. And we can’t feel good about ourselves

                               in that way, unless we know that we have earned it. And earning it

                               means we worked for it. And working for it means that we are growing.

                               We are pushing ourselves beyond ourselves. We are learning something new,

                              doing something we have never done before, pushing ourselves further 

                              than we have ever gone before. Not only do we collapse with exhaustion

                              when we reach the finish line, but we do so with a smile on our faces,

                              a thrill in our hearts, and a “Woot! Woot!” from the crowd. 

                              Accomplishment is a psychological reward beyond measure.

                             But at a deeper level, the real meat of our stories is that each of the 
                             characters takes on the challenge to do something that they have never
                             been able to do before.
                             They are urged to push themselves beyond their limitations—to grieve 
                             a lost loved one, to fulfil a dream, to face a fear, or to invest more heartily
                             in life. One by one, they each take up the task of growing up.
                             Each accomplishment delights the soul. Each demonstrates another 
                             important truth—that children will be inspired to grow up when they see
                             adults enjoying the rewards of doing so themselves.

                 This is for those who are not satisfied, regarding the position they hold,

                 Or where they are.....

                 I am talking about those who never give-up, those who want to do something

                 Different on their own.

                 And those who think,

                My favorite position is CEO!

                CEO...

                       Chief Executive Officer. CEO is the highest-ranking person in a company or

                 Any other institution, ultimately responsible for taking managerial decision.

                My Favorite Position is of a CEO.

                This seems really easy to hear but, the truth is that it is a difficult task to hold up to 
                that very position to the name of the company.

                B’coz, whenever someone wants to be a CEO. Then, things depend on their thinking,
                their risk taker attitude, their decisions, will power, patience level, ideas, experiences 
                & many more..

                                  B’coz, when you grow-up day-by-day lot of things happens to go through 
                your mind regarding your family, friends, colleagues, etc.

                About your dreams, about your love life, about money you plan to earn, about status 
                and yes even about your position.

                Some do work just for money,

                Some love to work for hobbies,

                Some go for job for their needs,

                Some work for family status,

                Some work for themselves.

                But, those who works for themselves and for others, those are called CEOs.

                If you want do something different then you might have to go through lots of challenges.

                The whole world stands one side and you stand on the other side, facing the world.

                             B’coz being different is not that easy, people might not understand you at that
